Fans of BBC3 Young Butcher of The Year will have seen local butcher Chris Lacey who won the Midlands Round of the competition also made a guest appearance on Harry Hill's TV Burp.

Chris's achievements included creating a new sausage variety known as "Ultimate Breakfast Banger."

This new and distinctive sausage was the clear winner in the sausage round of the BBC3 competition.

Chris took Harry some of his famous sausages when he appeared on the show and received a letter back declaring that they were delicious.

The secret sausage recipe is prepared by Chris at M P Honnor's Family Butchers in May Lane Hollywood before being taken to Lashfords premises and made into the sausages.
